The Green Mean Machine Smoothie Bowl

Hey guys!

This morning I want to share with you an amazing breakfast to start your day off right! The green mean machine smoothie bowl!

 

You will need:

A full banana

one kiwi

a handful of black berries

two kale leaves

a tbsp of almond milk

1 scoop of Vega protein and greens

1 cup of  frozen berries

coconut flakes

Q’uia cereal mix ( flax, hemp and chia)

directions:

in a blender, mix the frozen berries, half of the banana, 1 scoop of Véga protein, a tad of almond milk to help it blend and to kale leaves!  Make sure the consistency of the smoothie is a bit like ice cream so you can have it with a spoon!

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with half of the banana, berries, kiwi, Coconut flakes and the Q’uia cereal mix!!
